These terms apply when you buy from Hearthgrove (sole trader) at https://hearthgrove.co.uk. By placing an order you agree to them.
Adding books to your satchel and paying places an order. Your order is accepted when we email your confirmation; if a title turns out to be unavailable we’ll let you know and refund it in full.
Prices are in pounds sterling (£) and shown on each book. UK postage is free. Payment is taken securely by Stripe at checkout; we never see your card details.
We have your books dispatched by our UK wholesale partner direct to the address you give. Delivery estimates are indicative, not guaranteed. Risk passes to you on delivery.
You have a legal right to cancel within 14 days — see our returns & cancellations page.
If a book arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, contact [email protected] within 30 days and we’ll put it right with a replacement or refund. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited. Otherwise our liability is limited to the value of your order. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
