We want you to love what you ordered. Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations you also have clear legal rights when buying online.
You may cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving your books. Tell us at [email protected] (quoting your order number), then return the books within 14 days of telling us.
Please return books unread and in re-saleable condition. You cover the cost of return postage, and we recommend a tracked service. We’ll email the return address when you contact us.
We refund the full price you paid (including the original postage element where applicable) within 14 days of receiving the books back, to your original payment method via Stripe.
If something arrives damaged, faulty, or isn’t what you ordered, contact us within 30 days — we’ll arrange a replacement or full refund including any postage, at no cost to you. This is in addition to your cancellation right and does not affect your statutory rights.
